Registration rates 1) ISN Member: ISN members in good standing are asked to provide their membership ID number. 2) ISN and CSN Member in Training: Young nephrologists members of CSN and ISN under the age of 37 are asked to provide their membership ID number. 3) New Members: Individuals currently not members of ISN, who wish to attend the congress and join ISN as members at the same time. Choosing this category will automatically enroll you as a member of ISN and you will save up to US$50.00 on your first year of ISN membership. 4) Non-Member: Individuals not interested in being ISN members. 5) Travel Grant Recipient: Recipient will be asked to provide their registration voucher codes. Certificate of Attendance

All registered attendees can collect their Certificate of Attendance along with their badge and Congress materials at the Registration Area located in the West Hall beginning on April 8 at 2:00 pm.

Continuing Medical Education Credits (CMEs)

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the Canadian Society of Nephrology.
