The overarching theme of WCN 2011 is that of diversity and sustainability. We strive to celebrate that in all venues and activities of the Congress. In the true spirit of collaboration and sustainability, we have elected venues and activities that embody the spirit of the meeting and the co-sponsoring society. Following is a set of activities and support options, which celebrate the values and mission of the ISN and the CSN, that have been created in the hope that you, as a community of industry partners, will wish to support.

Platinum Sponsor – $200,000.00

• Choice of one Industry lunch symposium or one exhibit space of up to 30 square feet by 40 square feet
• First selection of ancillary meeting room space at the Congress Center (Space only is provided with this package)
• First selection of evening hospitality option locations (CSN Concierge Service provided with package; other costs involved)
• Opportunity to host a hospitality suite with no additional sponsor fee
• Full page ad in congress program
• One page insert in congress delegates bags
• Four (4) tickets to the Isn president's dinner
• Logo with hyperlink on the WCN2011 website
• Logo and company name on prominent signage throughout the Congress Center
• $2,500.00 of your sponsorship will be used as a travel grant to enable a deserving young nephrologist from a developing country to attend WCN2011

Gold Sponsor – $150,000.00

Following is a set of activities and support options which celebrate the values and mission of the ISN and the CSN. They have been created in the hope that our community of industry partners will wish to lend their support.

Industry Symposium Luncheon

Nine Symposia Available for Exclusive Sponsorship
$75,000 for accommodations for up to 900 attendees; $65,000 for accommodations for up to 600 attendees. Your company will have the opportunity to submit a proposal to host an exclusive industry symposium luncheon, complete with lunch for all attendees.

Three Symposia Available for Shared Sponsorship
$10,000, with a minimum of three sponsors required for each symposium. Your company will join in supporting a symposium luncheon devoted to highlighting vital ISN activities, such as the ISN Global Outreach efforts, the NEXUS programs to combat kidney disease in disadvantaged populations and other ISN philanthropic missions. Lunch is included
for all attendees.

Congress Activity Support Opportunities

Congress delegate Bags – $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 (depending on bag selected)
Delegate bags manufactured with ecologically friendly materials enable delegates to keep all congress information organized and within easy access. Your company logo will appear on each bag.

On-site program abstracts CD or flash drive – $50,000.00
To sustain our environment, abstracts will be distributed on flash drives or CD’s.

On-site program at a glance – from $20,000.00
Printed on recycled materials, the WCN 2011 program at a glance will offer delegates the schedule and locations of all WCN elements.

Internet Cafes – from $10,000.00
Internet accessible computer stations set throughout the WCN exhibition will enable delegates to keep in touch with their offices and up to date on email correspondence while at the congress.

Forest without Borders – $35,000.00
Your logo on an environmentally sterilized recycled globe with a Canadian tree seedling inside; suitable for transportation to all countries, lightweight. In keeping with our theme of ‘sustainability’ this unique present for the delegates has the additional benefit of ensuring support of sustainable environments and forests in the developing world.

Social Event Opportunities

Opening Ceremonies and Reception – $5,000.00 (multiple sponsorships available)
This event will set the tone for the congress as a whole. Celebrating the mission of ISN, the goals of the WCN and our Canadian hosts’ culture, the opening ceremonies and reception will take place in the beautiful Vancouver Convention Center and promises to be a memorable evening.

Vancouver Aquarium Evening Reception – $15,000.00 (three sponsorships available)
Your company sponsorship of this event will enable all congress delegates the opportunity to visit Canada’s national Aquarium for a reduced price, thus making the venue ‘accessible’ for many. Set in stanley park, it offers outstanding views of the ocean, mountains and general Vancouver ambience. An evening at the aquarium will offer a profound experience of educational and visual brilliance. The aquarium is committed to sustainability and ecological conservation, all aspects of this evenings events uphold these values.your sponsorship will provide your company with the privilege of receiving 10% of the available tickets on a priority basis for your guests.

Grouse Mountain Gondola Ride and dinner – $7,500.00 (multiple sponsorships available)
Your company sponsorship of this social event will enable congress delegates to experience a breathtaking gondola ride followed by an “ecologically” respectful dinner. Your sponsorship will provide your company with the privilege of receiving 10% of the available tickets on a priority basis for your guests.

CSN Concierge Services: Wining and dining to the Recommendations of your Canadian Hosts
By recommendations of CSN, you have the opportunity to “buy out” a restaurant or venue on sunday April 10th or Monday April 11th for your exclusive use to entertain your clients. Ten venues are available, selected based on excellence, ambience, and their commitment to recycling/conservation/ecological principles and comfort, with your guests in mind. The sponsorship cost for this service for researching, organizing and ensuring the quality of each venue selected varies by location. All sponsorship proceeds for this service go to support ISN activities in developing countries, fellowship activities, and to support sustainability and diversity of kidney healthcare worldwide.
