Registration to WCN 2011 will open on July 7th 2010.

Registered participants are entitled to attend all Scientific and Poster Sessions Opening Ceremony with Welcome Reception and Industrial Exhibition. Registrants will receive confirmation of their registration via email. Badges and Congress materials can be picked up at the Vancouver Convention Center at the Registration Area located in the West Hall beginning on April 8 at 2:00 pm.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation refunds must be made in writing and be sent to:

Requests postmarked on or before October 15, 2010 will be refunded in full. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellation requests post-marked between October 16, 2010 and March 18, 2011.
An alternative attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the congress.

No refunds for cancellations received on or after March 19, 2011.
